• Google Drive files that are created by the app or selected by the user for reporting workflows

How We Use Information

This application uses data only to provide the requested internal reporting and automation features, including:

• Recording and organizing operational or project updates
• Generating internal summaries and reports
• Creating and updating Google Docs reports
• Reading from and writing to Google Sheets for workflow automation
• Accessing user-approved Google Drive files when needed for report creation or storage

Google User Data

If the user connects Google services, access is used only for the internal reporting features they authorize. Google Sheets data is used to store and organize reporting information, Google Docs is used to create and edit reports, and Google Drive file access is limited to files created by the app or files the user chooses to use with the workflow.
